At Eataliana Homemade Pasta, our weekly Sunday cooking classes invite you into our kitchen to experience the tradition, passion, and joy of Italian cooking firsthand. Led by Eleonora and Mihail, each class is hands-on, interactive, and filled with laughter, delicious food, and unforgettable memories.

What You'll Learn

During every session, you’ll roll up your sleeves and craft pasta and sauces completely from scratch, using the same old-world recipes our family has perfected over generations.
Participants learn how to:

Mix and knead fresh pasta dough by hand
Roll and cut traditional shapes like fettuccine, tagliatelle, and ravioli
Prepare savory sauces like marinara, Alfredo, and pesto
Cook and plate your pasta for the perfect Italian meal

Whether you’re a beginner in the kitchen or a seasoned home cook, our classes are designed to be fun, relaxed, and easy to follow. You’ll leave with new skills, a full stomach, and the confidence to recreate authentic Italian dishes at home.

If you’re interested in a private group class, please choose a Saturday, Sunday, or Monday and contact us. Classes are $75 per person.
